This year we return to a National Concert Hall haunted by the spectre of New Music Dublin 2021. The reunions that didn't happen, the audiences that stayed home, the applause that was only imagined on the other end of a camera. A history asserts itself in the throat of the NCH. What futures have been lost to the coronavirus?

This installation features tape pieces composed by Irish Composers Collective members during the COVID-19 pandemic to-date. These pieces will be electronically transformed over the course of the festival. The installation can be heard in several locations throughout the National Concert Hall.
