Totally Made up and Distanced Orchestra Workshop

Do not the most moving moments of our lives find us all without words?

Date: Saturday 17th April, 11am 
Venue: Zoom Workshop
Duration: 1.5-2 hrs

As we navigate the ever-evolving landscape in which we all currently exist we are forced to reimagine the manner in which we creatively communicate and connect with each other.

So for this year’s appearance at New Music Dublin, The Totally Made Up Orchestra will be devising and creating a new work - Do not the most moving moments of our lives find us all without words? -  formed from an interactive interrogation of the communication platform that has become the reoccurring necessity in our lives – Zoom.

Relying on a series of visual cues, responses, improvised acts, gestures and noise - The Totally Made Up Orchestra will create, devise and present this new work from scratch and all in the space of 90 minutes!  

 

Please come equipped with pens, paper, your instrument of choice, a curious open mind, a huge sense of fun and an even bigger sense of adventure!
