Now settled in their new NCH home, the choirs will perform an uplifting, eclectic mix of repertoire including six world premieres - a set of four pieces by Peter Leavy and two by Cór Linn members Esther Adanikin and Ferdia Ó Cairbre. Accompanist Carole O’Connor with Nicky Bailey on percussion will add to the mix, and the performance will be directed, with her usual enthusiasm, by Mary Amond O’Brien.

The Choirs’ last NMD performance in March 2020 was highly praised, and this concert promises to be a further celebration of youthful music-making!

“Right from the beginning, this concert had a magical quality and turned out to be one of the unexpected highlights of the festival “ - Adrian Smith, Journalofmusic.com
