Darragh Morgan and John Tilbury first performed Feldman’s epic ‘For John Cage’ together at Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival in 2006. Gramophone Magazine wrote that “Definitive isn’t a word to be brandished lightly but the sheer sonic loveliness of Tilbury’s softer-than-soft softs and Morgan’s salamander-zigzag-slide around Feldman’s self-renewing lines is...you guessed it...matchless.” This concert marks the release of the new studio recording of the music, exquisitely produced and released on Diatribe Records.
